Clients will often require the services of a Notary Public when dealing with overseas matters such as businesses or properties abroad or involvement in litigation in foreign courts. Legal documents for most countries when signed outside the jurisdiction usually have to be notarised. A Notary generally acts as a legally trained impartial witness to authenticate and certify the execution of documents required or intended for use outside of the UK.
We are one of the only few law firms in Cornwall to offer the services of a Notary Public.
