Employment
“brilliant with a fantastic result”
This is a rapidly changing area of the law which is becoming increasingly important to us. Failure to comply can lead to devastating consequences for you if you get it wrong.
We advise on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, and act for employers and employees alike. We provide representation at Employment Tribunals. In conjunction with our Commercial Team, we can assist with the employment aspects of business transfers and acquisitions.
With a strong ethos that prevention is better than cure; our specialist Employment team is able to offer pro-active guidance on tactics for dealing with disputes (and the knock-on effects on other staff), putting user friendly procedures into place to promote best practice, and all other aspects of employment law.
We offer a free contract health check of your business’s employment contracts to identify potential problems. We are on the legal panel of the Disability Rights Commission and have particular expertise in advising on the rights of disabled employees. We are also highly experienced in the areas of racial and sex discrimination.
