The team is headed up by Stuart Martin, an Associate with the firm and team leader who boasts the dual qualities of city expertise and local knowledge. Stuart brings with him blue chip experience with a particular interest in property development work.
Christopher Stephens is an agriculture specialist who joined the team in 2008 from a large regional practise where he gained a wealth of experience acting for farmers and rural landowners.
Ashley Jones specialises in Landlord and Tenant matters acting for a range of clients from small high street shop owners to large businesses with national property portfolios.
Other team members comprise Martin Pearse and Jessica Piper-Thompson who assist in providing advice in relation to protected tenancies and property dispute resolution. Jane Tregunna provides Paralegal support to this busy team.
