Martin Pearse leads Follett Stock's Property and Construction Team.  This team combines the experience of our residential and commercial conveyancers and our property and building dispute specialists. 

So far as construction is concerned, Martin is one of the area's most experienced lawyers specialising in building disputes.  He has expertise in all means of dispute resolution, including mediation, expert determination, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.  He is himself a qualified mediator and has proved himself a capable resolver of building disputes.

Martin works closely with Pete Tomlinson MSc FCIOB, a construction consultant of many years experience, who has now joined Follett Stock.  Between them they can advise on a wide range of construction-related issues, both contentious and non-contentious. 

We are also fortunate enough to have the assistance of Anna Rabin, a consultant with many years experience of advising those involved in the negotiation and documenting of construction contracts.
