Dear Martin,
Yesterday a very dear friend of mine rang me in tears because she was unable to find a local solicitor who could help her with regard to a compromise agreement that needed witnessing quickly in order to resolve an employment matter before going on holiday. A months salary and a month's payment in lieu of notice plus holiday pay was at stake.
My friend lives near Camborne but I immediately rang Verity for 30 seconds of free advice. To cut a long story short, within a couple of hours the whole matter matter was resolved. [S] is VERY happy, Verity performed like a star when other firms were not even twinkling and both [S] and myself will no doubt recall your service levels to friends colleagues on many future occasions.

A client has expressed her delight with a recent result by sending us an original Bryan Ingham etching. The client had been involved in an eight year long legal wrangle and we were the tenth firm of solicitors she had instructed to deal with the matter.
