Our Truro office Conference Room is the ideal venue for business meetings, training and special events.

The room is light, airy, and modern, complete with specialist conference chairs and versatile tables which can be configured to seat upto 21 people comfortably in a board room layout, or upto a capacity of 30 seated delegates in a theatre layout. It is possible to accommodate an array of layouts to cater for your specific needs to deliver a bespoke package for you.

The conference room is equipped with Audio and Visual Technology including Video Conferencing service with high quality picture (384kbpp, 6 channels) and surround sound facilities. It has an electronic projector screen and functionality for Powerpoint presentations, video, CD and DVD facilities, flip chart and white board and a laptop with internet connection.
 
All ports are digital (but we are able to connect to analogue should you require specific equipment)

Our Board Room, also at our Truro office is a light and airy meeting room that is a popular option for meetings and smaller training groups.  It can seat up to 10 people  comfortably around a board room table.  This room can be hired along with our Conference Room as a 'breakout' space.

Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 are smaller meeting rooms, ideal for interviews and 1 to 1 meetings.  Meeting Room 1 is a meeting room for 2 people and Meeting Room 2 can accommodate 4 people comfortably.

Catering can be provided and tailored to your needs/budget (from £2.00 per person for Tea & Coffee, £8.00 per person for a light finger buffet, £16.00 per person for a two course meal etc….)
 
There is disabled access via a lift to the Conference Room and Board Room on the second floor, Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 are on the ground floor and we have ample parking facilities adjacent to our offices.
