DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR (£neg)

• Our Dispute Resolution Team requires an additional dynamic, fee earner to assist with the ever-increasing volumes of work from across the South West region. 
• Probably 2 or 3 years qualified, you will ideally have experience of commercial litigation matters. 

TRAINING CONTRACTS

The firm currently has six trainees who have the option of choosing six different seats throughout their training period. It is usual, though not necessary, for contracts to commence in September, and we are looking forward to 2 candidates joining us this September. Following this year's interviews, some high quality appointments have been made for 2008 amd 2009. Applications for 2010 will be considered after January 2009 and interviews will follow in March-April 2009.

"Part of my degree requires me to do a 40 week placement. As a Cornish maid, I had no hesitation in returning to my homeland. I admit: it’s not as simple finding a decent law firm in Kernow as it might be in the “City”, but there is more to Cornwall than meets the eye.
