Laurence is a property litigation solicitor. He qualified in 2006 after first qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2004.
He joined the firm from Clarke Willmott in Bristol where he spent two years with their property litigation team. Prior to that, Laurence spent 8 years practising in London including two years with niche property firm Julian Holy followed by three years with Eversheds.

1. Commercial landlord and tenant disputes including: opposed and unopposed lease renewals, forfeiture claims, service of break notices, tenant insolvency, unlawful alienation, rent reviews, service charge disputes and dilapidations;
2. Easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants;
3. Adverse possession; and
4. Residential possession claims.
Having studied at secondary school and 6th form in Cornwall, Laurence is very pleased to have been able to return and practice law in Truro.
Outside of work, Laurence can be found windsurfing on the beaches of Gwithian and Marazion and surfing where the waves are good. When not on the beach, Laurence has been known to hit a golf ball or two!
