Kay is the Office Manager and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Her duties at the firm consist primarily of assisting the Business Manager with the running of a busy and expanding firm, with key responsibilities for HR, accounting, IT, H&S and administration. Her employment history includes banking, mortgage advisor, call centre team management and building society branch management.

Kay grew up and worked in banking in Cornwall, working away for 7 years in Oxford and Swindon, before returning in 2000 to settle here with her partner.

In the past her hobby has been paragliding with two memorable flights in Austria and in Wales. She is now learning to water-ski and enjoys days out on the boat in the summer, launching from Falmouth.
