"... We use Follett Stock for a variety of areas in our business but I wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know how I got on with Kathryn when she executed some vitally important corporate documents for us recently.
Like all hectic businessmen, my brief was “brief” and far from comprehensive. I was almost dreading the first draft but when it appeared there was, in real terms, very little for us to alter save for the relevant parts that I had not included in the original brief.
As the negotiations continued she worked diligently and speedily to make any amendments with the minimum of fuss and always returned calls or emails very promptly. On one occasion she was even late for her partners birthday dinner to ensure we had a draft turned round swiftly.
I spent over 10 years working in central London where the demands are high and the pressure to perform is even greater. The biggest compliment I can pay her is that my experience of the Follett Stock corporate team was every bit as good as some of the major city law firms I have had experience of and in many ways she dealt with our matter far better. When we have cause for further corporate work we will have no hesitation in coming to your department and please pass on my thanks for an excellent job done."
