Kate is a Trainee Solicitor at Follett Stock.  She assists the Dispute Resolution Team, Employment Team and Property Team who keep her very busy!

Kate grew up in Cornwall and studied at Newquay Treviglas before moving to Bristol to study LLB Law and undertake her Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England.  Kate was pleased to move back to Cornwall in 2009 after completing her studies and having missed the beaches, sea air and the Cornish countryside.

Kate initially came to Follett Stock for a work experience placement whilst she was at University.  She liked the firm and the people (and the Friday cakes!) so much that she was determined to return to us when she had finished her studies!

In her free time, Kate is attempting to learn to surf…. so far there has been more falling off the surfboard than actually surfing but practice makes perfect!
