Kate Baker

Kate is a born litigator. She wrote her first letter of claim at the age of 9 and has never looked back! She is a tough commercial litigator who has cut her teeth on high value claims.
Kate has over 7 years' experience in high value litigation, working on several multi-million pound value cases. Before coming to Follett Stock, Kate worked for Napthens LLP a firm in Lancashire. Kate is a former Exmouth College student and was only too pleased to return to her South West roots to join Follett Stock.
When not in the office or at Court, Kate can be found with her Jack Russell puppy Darcie on the beaches of Budleigh Salterton, or at the gym, training for the Follett Stock Great West Run! Kate is eager to learn to sail, but might wait until the summer for that.
