Notary Public
David is our first ever Notary Public.
If legal documents are to be used elsewhere other than in the Channel Islands and the UK, then they may need to be 'legalised'. The Notary Public has a duty to 'draw, attest and certify' under his official seal, for use anywhere in the world, deeds and other documents including Wills and other testamentary documents, Conveyances of real and personal property and Powers of Attorney.
David is a widely experienced Notary Public having acted on many different types of transactions since his appointment in October 1985.
David is able to provide a complete range of Notary services.
He was formerly a managing partner of a West Country commercial firm of solicitors prior to joining Follett Stock.
He has held various positions connected with the law including representation on the Worcester Law Society Committee.
He has also held many other positions both socially and connected to his work. On the sporting side Chairman of Wyre Forest Sports Council, President of Kidderminster Carolians Rugby Club, Secretary to Worcester and Hertfordshire Rugby Union and commercially, Chairman of West Midlands Safari and Leisure Park.
Finally, in the small amount of spare time he has left, he is also company secretary of a dozen or so corporations.
