Dan is a Litigation Solicitor and an Associate in Follett Stock. He is based in our Exeter office.

Dan trained and then worked for the first few years of his career in Reading, doing a wide range of Commercial Litigation work for “M4 Corridor/Thames Valley” businesses, before moving to the South West in 2001. He came to us having worked his way up to Head of Dispute Resolution at Stones Solicitors in Exeter.

There can be no substitute for experience and Dan has lots of that, having conducted reported cases in the Court of Appeal and High Court (that is to say cases that made new law), and Dan has conducted high, medium and low value County Court matters and has represented clients in Mediations where  £1,000,000 plus has been in dispute.

Whilst professing to particular expertise in Professional Negligence claims and Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes, such is the breadth of Dan’s Litigation experience, and the diversity of his client bases in the Thames Valley and the South West, that he is absolutely confident most areas of Litigation work.”
