Ann-Marie joined the firm in 2005. She is a fee earner in the personal team and her particular specialisms are probate, Wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning and mental capacity, Court of Protection matters and lasting powers of attorney.
Ann-Marie was “born and bred” in Truro. She has always worked in the area and has undertaken her studies through distance learning whilst working as a fee earner. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2007 and is currently studying for a diploma to become a member of the Society of Trusts & Estate Practitioners.
Outside of work Ann-Marie enjoys keeping fit, holidays in the sun, good food and wine and of course shopping!
