The residential landlord and tenant team consists of Chris Lingard, Sarah Dell and Laurence Gray.The team provides advice on matters including:
The requirement for a landlord to comply with the Tenant Deposit Scheme;
- Possession of premises either following the end of the contractual term or for tenant default;
- Recovery of rent arrears;
