The residential landlord and tenant team consists of Christopher Lingard, Malcolm Skinner and Sarah Dell.

Malcolm has almost thirty years experience of dealing with residential landlord and tenant matters, both contentious and non contentious. Christopher and Sarah have many years experience of court actions against tenants if the situation becomes irrecoverable. They act for one of the largest charity landlords in the South West.
