Teri Cailleach heads up our team. A Member of the Institute of Legal Executives bringing over 20 years experience of conveyancing to the team. She has wide ranging experience in conveyancing matters, particularly in respect of high value properties and properties with complex titles.
Kelly Greig is a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section. She is experienced in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection Issues, Inheritance Tax Planning and Lifetime Mortgages and particular experience in dealing with complex tax problems.
Ann-Marie Wilton is a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and has particular expertise in Probate, Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and mental capacity, Court of Protection matters and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She is also highly knowledgeable in sales off of residential developments.
Kirstie Slater is a Trainee Conveyancer and a Member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and deals, primarily, with high volume conveyancing, having been a progressor for a well known national high volume conveyancing company.
Jane Tregunna is a property paralegal providing support to the team. She has been dealing with residential transactions for many years and is on hand to ensure that your transaction runs smoothly and efficiently.
Lynne Bray brings over 22 years experience of dealing with difficult family related matters to the team.
