Chris has also acted for a number of developers and is familiar with all aspects of the law relating to commercial property.
Ashley Jones specialises in Landlord and Tenant matters and development site acquisition acting for a range of clients from private individuals to large businesses with national property portfolios. Ash is also familiar with all other aspects of commercial property law particularly licensed premises, investment property and charity property.
