Your Guide to Redundancies and Re-Structuring
All businesses go through times of change and re-structuring and redundancies are often needed to make structures more efficient. Most people are aware that planning is the key for this but what pitfalls do you need to watch out for?

What procedures should you follow?
Can you do a unilateral variation of the terms of the contract?
What is suitable alternative employment and when do you have to offer it?
What do you do with employees who are absent during this process due to sickness or maternity?

As always, we aim to provide practical solutions and guidance to help you plan and then execute changes.

Our workshops are designed to be small and informal, ensuring that we are able to give each delegate our full attention in a relaxed and informal environment over coffee and croissants. Our workshops prove very popular and unfortunately spaces are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

This seminar will cost £19.95 including VAT for the first delegate and £10.95 including VAT for all other delegates. Cheques should be made payable to Follett Stock Solicitors.
