2008 sees our Commercial Team involved in many major deals

Associate Partner Penny Paddle and her commercial team have seen a really busy first quarter to the year, working on a wide range of high profile/high value commercial deals including:

• Stralfors Plc: advised on 8 different high value Print, Design and Consumables Supply Agreements with their various blue chip clients.  Most recent deal value being in excess of £2.5 million.

• Various back to back International Supply Agreements between China and Spain – average value £250,000 to £500,000 in the renewable energy sector.

• High value consultancy agreement on behalf of energy consultants supplying services to a national energy company, particularly advising on the Intellectual Property aspects of the deal.

• Advising an IT database developer on a wide range of commercial issues.
