We are delighted to announce a unique workshop on dealing with Performance Management Issues held in conjunction with
ACAS (Advisory, Concilation, and Arbitration Service). Acas is a national body that improves organisations and working life through better employment relations. They draft many Codes of Practice that Employment Tribunals look to for best practice guidance and are nationally acclaimed as
the experts in this field.
Specialist trainer Tony Cooper from Acas will be looking at real life scenarios and giving practical training on what you should and should not do. Interaction will be a must!
Our employment solicitor Verity Slater will be highlighting the legal pitfalls associated with managing poor performance and dealing with tricky employees.
Our workshops are designed to be small and informal, ensuring that we are able to give each delegate our full attention in a relaxed and informal environment over coffee and croissants. Our workshops prove very popular and unfortunately spaces are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
This seminar will cost £50.00 including VAT per delegate. Cheques should be made payable to Follett Stock Solicitors.
