First Hour Fixed Fee
At Follett Stock we recognise that very often, all people require is an initial opinion on their situation in order to determine an appropriate course of action.
Experience has taught us that people are prepared to pay a fair price for this but want certainty as to how much they will pay.
For these people we have introduced our First Appointment Fixed Fee. This is particularly useful for clients who need a quick steer in the right direction, some quick advice at a guaranteed limited cost or even a second opinion.
For just £95 plus VAT you will receive 60 minutes real advice from the most appropriate of our specialist lawyers about your particular problem. After all, "if it's worth having, it's worth paying for".

Our Terms and Conditions
1. We are providing you with an initial review of your position. This will be done at a face to face meeting. This will last up to 60 minutes.
2. You will pay us a fixed fee of £95 plus VAT.
3. If the meeting goes beyond 60 minutes our normal charge out rates apply. These range between £115-225 + VAT dependent on the fee earner in question. They may be applied at our discretion.
4. You have provided us with evidence of your identity. You must bring with you a valid passport or driving license with photo.
5. Any liability we may owe you howsoever arising from this initial meeting is limited to £95 plus VAT [at the prevailing rate].
6. You accept these limited terms and conditions for the purposes of the initial meeting.
